Checkered Flag started the way a lot of good contracting companies do: fixing the messes left behind by bad ones. Storm-chaser roofs failing at year three. Warranties from companies whose phones were disconnected. Decking rot quietly shingled over and billed as a finished job.
So we built the company around the boring fundamentals: written fixed prices, our own employed crews, photographed inspections, and a warranty backed by people who live where they work. No leased trucks that leave town after hail season.
Today we install roofs, siding, and gutters across central Indiana, and most of our work comes the old way: a neighbor saw the job we did across the street.

Every inspection comes back as dated photos of your actual roof, whether or not you hire us. And when a roof has years left, we say so. We'd rather earn the replacement in 2030 than talk you into one now.
