Roofing has a reputation problem as an employer, and it’s earned. Crews get churned, trained on nothing, and dropped when the storm work dries up. We’re building the opposite on purpose, because the best crews build the best roofs, and the best roofs build the company.
- Year-round work, not storm-season churn. We build a schedule that keeps crews busy through winter with repairs, inspections, and interior-adjacent work instead of laying everyone off in November.
- Paid like the work matters. Competitive hourly or per-square rates depending on role, paid weekly, with clear raise paths tied to skills you can actually demonstrate.
- Training that goes somewhere. Apprentices learn tear-off, decking, flashing, and install from crew leads who are paid to teach, not just tolerate you. Manufacturer certification training when you're ready.
- Safety taken seriously. Harnesses on steep pitches every time, no exceptions, and nobody is ever pushed to work a roof in weather that isn't safe. We'd rather lose a day than a person.
- Respect on the job site. Customers see our crew as the company, because you are. No screaming foremen, no wage games, no treating the crew as disposable.
Who We’re Looking For
Experienced Roofer / Installer
You can run a tear-off and install architectural shingles to spec. Metal experience is a plus and pays like one.
Crew Lead
You can run a job site, a small team, and a customer conversation. The job tracker and photo documentation are part of how we work; we'll train you on the tools.
Apprentice (no experience required)
You show up on time, work hard, and want a trade. We'll teach the rest. This is a real path, not a label for cheap labor.
