What Every Siding Job Includes
The parts you’ll never see are the parts that decide whether your siding lasts. Here’s our baseline.
- Tear-off to sheathing. Old siding removed, never buried, so rot and pest damage get found and fixed.
- Sheathing repair. Soft or delaminated panels replaced at a per-sheet price agreed in your contract.
- House wrap & taped seams. A continuous drainage plane behind the siding, sealed at every seam and opening.
- Window & door flashing. Pan and head flashing at every opening. It’s the detail most siding failures trace back to.
- Soffit, fascia & trim. Matched aluminum or composite trim so the whole elevation is finished, not patched.
- Same-day site cleanup. Old siding hauled off, nails swept, landscaping uncovered before we leave.
