Commercial Roofing Without the Runaround
TPO, EPDM, and metal systems for offices, retail, churches, and light industrial across the Indianapolis metro. The same documented inspections and fixed pricing we’re known for on homes, scaled to buildings that have tenants, schedules, and budgets to protect.
The Residential Discipline, Scaled to Buildings
Commercial roofing fails at the details: seams, penetrations, drains, and the flashing around everything bolted to the roof. Our crews are trained on the systems below, and every job gets the same photo documentation that runs through our residential work, so you always know what you paid for and what condition it’s in.
Managing several buildings? The free multi-property storm dashboard checks your whole portfolio against documented storm history at once, so you can prioritize inspections after a storm instead of guessing.
$7 to $14 / sq ft
Installed single-ply (TPO or EPDM) replacement in this market. Insulation, deck condition, and rooftop equipment drive where a building lands.

The membrane matters less than the hands that detail it. These are the systems we stand behind, with the same fixed-price, photo-documented discipline as our residential work.
- TPO (thermoplastic single-ply). The workhorse of modern flat roofs: heat-welded seams, reflective white surface that cuts cooling costs, 20 to 30 year service life when installed and detailed correctly.
- EPDM (rubber membrane). Proven over decades on Indiana flat roofs. Excellent for repairs and recover work on existing EPDM buildings, and often the budget-smart answer for unconditioned spaces.
- Standing seam metal. For sloped commercial: churches, schools, retail with visible rooflines. The 50-year option that also reads as quality from the parking lot.
- Repairs and leak response. Documented leak investigation with photos, not guess-and-caulk. We find where the water enters, which is rarely where it shows up inside.
- Preventive maintenance programs. Twice-yearly documented inspections, drain and seam checks, and a photo file that supports both your capital planning and any future insurance claim.
